The condo consits of 2 rooms where one is a complete bedroom and the other one has 3 Designer Sofa sleepers/Daybeds. That room can also be used as living room.

Within minutes walking there are restaurants, banks, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets.

As for most condominium complexes in Sweden, this one has a common laundry room in the basement that is free of use for everyone staying in the building.

Q) Deposit requirements
A $200 reservation deposit will be required and may be paid by any of the following methods:

Q) Cancellation policy
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing or email, in the event of cancellation we will do our best to place another booking in the condo, If we are unable to do so the following charges will apply:
Cancellation more than 45 days before your vacation = Loss of deposit
Cancellation less than 45 days before your vacation = 75% of vacation cost
(we recommend you purchase cancellation trip insurance for your insurance carrier if need)

Q) Check-in procedure
Check-in procedure will be advised as part of the final payment receipt, generally check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.

Q) What should we bring with us?
You will not need to take anything other than your personal belongings. If you intend going to any water activity you should take your own towels for this purpose.

Q) Is it possible to make and receive telephone calls?
We recommend using cell phones although some condos have credit card operated telephones for your convenience though long distance calls can be expensive.

Q)
Is cleaning of the condo included?
Cleaning is all taken care of before you arrive and after you leave. We appreciate if you throw away trash and leave towels on bathroom floor before you leave. If you care for additional cleaning during your stay please let us know and we can arrange that for you at additional fee of $40.

Q) Who owns the condo?
This condo is individually owned and belongs to members of the StockholmLiving.com Condo Owners Group. Your reservation will be passed over directly to individual owner or management company without any "middlemen" and without paying any extra fees or travel agency commissions.

Q) What is the walking distance to the Old Town and the Castle?
Our condo has a great location with walking distance to most attractions. Basically you can walk or bike all over Stockholm. To the Old Town and the Castle it is about a 15-20 minutes walk.

Q) Do you have bicycles free of use?
Yes, as our guests we provide you with 2 bicycles free of use. Additional bicycles can be rented about 100 yards up the street.
